The executive committee of the Physiological Society of Nigeria oversees the society's day-to-day operations and meets frequently throughout the year. Members of the Executive Committee are elected at the Annual General meetings of the society. The normal term of office on the Executive Committee is two years. The Executive Committee consists of the President, two Vice Presidents, General Secretary, Public and International Relations officer, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Editor-in-Chief and Deputy Editor-in-Chief
